Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry team at Ascension St. Vincent's Medical Center Clay County. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and record patient condition, communicating with the healthcare team as necessary.
  • Coordinate patient care with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing required.
