Select Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated full-time outpatient rehabilitation specialist. Our facility is focused on providing exceptional orthopedic care, and we welcome both seasoned professionals and recent graduates to join our collaborative team.
As a member of our staff, you will work alongside a team of experienced therapists, managing a diverse caseload that includes orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, sports medicine, and more. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive environment that promotes professional growth and development.
Work Schedule: Full-time, weekdays (specific schedule to be determined)
Compensation Package: Starting salary of $74,000 per year, with potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000. Salary adjustments based on experience, along with a comprehensive student debt benefit program.

- Complete required training and maintain compliance with corporate and clinical service standards.
- Assess, treat, and manage patient care for those requiring physical therapy, ensuring thorough documentation of medical necessity.
- Foster open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in facility meetings as directed by management.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Possession of a valid state physical therapy license or registration is mandatory.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including occasional early or late shifts as needed.
- Current CPR certification is required.
