About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimmers water safety and technique in accordance with our proprietary curriculum.
Key Responsibilities- Teach swimmers water safety and technique in a fun and engaging manner
- Provide positive reinforcement to swimmers to help them build confidence in the water
- Communicate with parents on swimmers' progress and provide feedback
- Ability to work with children of all ages and skill levels
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High energy and a passion for teaching
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Must pass background examinations prior to training
- Paid on-the-job training

Goldfish Swim School Sarpy County is a learn-to-swim facility for kids ages 4 months to 12 years. Our proven confidence-building curriculum promotes a love of swimming and teaches children to be safer in and around the water.
