A dynamic Psychiatry provider is sought to fill a full-time inpatient consult liaison position in Anchorage, Alaska.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatry professional to work as an inpatient consult liaison until a permanent provider is hired. The ideal candidate will be able to obtain temporary licensure in Alaska, with supplemental coverage expected after the hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert medical care and consultation services to patients in an inpatient setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Active medical licensure or ability to obtain temporary licensure in Alaska
  • Board certification in Psychiatry or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient environment
Compensation

This is a competitive opportunity offering a salary of approximately $250,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include:
