- Implement Care Plans: Work with healthcare providers and registered nurses to implement care plans, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Accurately document patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in nursing or higher preferred.
- Licensure: Current and unrestricted state vocational/practical nursing license required.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; IV certification preferred.
- Skills: Proven knowledge of medical terminology, medical office procedures, and electronic medical records; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
