  • Notify Servers: Notify servers as tables are seated to ensure prompt attention.
  • Assist with Table Clearing: Assist with and direct the clearing of tables throughout the shift.
  • Maintain Menu Organization: Clean and organize menus throughout the shift.
  • Focus on Guest Needs: Focus your attention on guests' needs and remain calm, professional, and courteous, even when under pressure.
  • Practice Service Recovery: Own the situation and make decisions using the LEARN model to rectify any complaints.
  • Maintain Stock Levels and Cleanliness: Maintain stock levels and cleanliness in guest bathrooms (hourly checks at minimum).
  • Close Out Stand: Close out stand at the end of each shift and maintain it in an orderly fashion.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
