Job Title: Senior QAQC Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QAQC Engineer to join our team at A2Zxperts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our wireless communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and implement largescale LMR wireless communication systems for statewide public safety projects.
  • Provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control Services.
  • Conduct System and Component Testing and Acceptance Services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the deployment and implementation of largescale LMR wireless communication systems.
  • Experience with Motorola digital trunked twoway radio systems.
  • Experience in the deployment and testing of statewide public safety networks.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Sonet and MPLS Aviat AlcatelLucent and Cielo microwave networks.
  • Experience in the design licensing deployment and testing of Sonet and MPLS based microwave backhaul networks.
  • Knowledge of multiprotocol label switching (MPLS) networks.
  • Experience in the testing of digital microwave systems.
