Reports To: Service Manager

Position Summary:
The Automotive Service Consultant serves as the primary point of contact between clients and the service department, ensuring efficient and precise service while fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional, courteous, and professional customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Utilize extensive automotive expertise alongside effective leadership abilities to collaborate with the service technician team, ensuring top-tier service for clients.
  • Establish and nurture robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Organize work schedules and oversee the workflow within the service center.
  • Guide and mentor junior technicians to support their professional growth and development.
  • Conduct road tests on vehicles as necessary.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment is maintained.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in cross-training in various areas as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar automotive service role.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is mandatory.
  • ASE Certifications and/or a degree from a technical school are preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.

Salary Range:
$45,000 - $60,000
