The Maintenance Operations Supervisor for Beech-Nut Nutrition Company will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of plant equipment, machinery, and related facilities. This individual will ensure that work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, and review the work of electromechanical technicians.
- Establish schedules and methods for providing maintenance and repair services.
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures.
- Train electromechanical technicians in safety equipment and procedures.
- Participate in the selection of plant maintenance staff.
- Prepare analytical and statistical reports on operations and activities.
- 10+ years supervisory experience with a background in electrical technology supporting a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance methodologies, reliability centered maintenance analysis, and total productive maintenance.
- Experience with CMMS systems.
- Above average skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
- Conceptual and practical experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000.
