About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Practitioner (NP or PA) to deliver exceptional patient care across multiple locations. The successful candidate will work closely with our urologists to provide comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab results and imaging studies
  • Collaborate with urologists to establish working diagnoses and implement treatment strategies
  • Provide high-quality follow-up care and exercise judgment on cases requiring consultation or referral
  • Perform office duties, including seeing new and follow-up patients, assisting with procedures, and ordering lab tests
Office Duties & Responsibilities
  • See new and follow-up patients, providing problem-oriented intervention for urological conditions
  • Assist in care, treatment, and follow-up as needed
  • Participate in-office procedures, including transrectal ultrasound, cystoscopies, and post-void residual evaluations
  • Order and interpret lab, x-ray, special studies, and clinical procedures
  • Provide phone/video consultations for patient complaints and prescription refills
  • Evaluate, screen, and counsel patients on health maintenance and promote community resources
Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Master of Science in Nursing or equivalent PA program degree, a current valid state medical license, and DEA/DPS licensure. Previous urology experience is desirable but not essential.
