Manufacturing Technician

TALENTPRO CONSULTING, INC is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Beltsville, MD. This is a month contract position with a pay rate of $23-25/hr W2 and requires US Citizenship.

This is a craftsmanship role that requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a focus on quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to read and interpret drawings.

The Manufacturing Technician will provide technical support for the manufacturing of integrated products in our loop heat pipe area. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support for the manufacturing process
  • Reading and interpreting drawings and technical procedures
  • Operating equipment such as hand tools and power machinery for processing metals, composites, and wood
  • Lifting up to 50lbs and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating with lead technicians and supervisors to meet build requirements and schedules within allotted budgets

Preferred skills include computer skills, experience in aerospace manufacturing, and familiarity with hand tools and hazardous materials handling.
