Job Title: Quality Control

At TalentMovers, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control professional to join our team. As a Quality Control specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visually and manually inspect manufactured parts to ensure they meet acceptance criteria.
  • Interpret advanced blueprints, assembly drawings, and results from advanced measuring techniques.
  • Create FAIR and inspection plan documentation, utilizing drawings and standard templates.
  • Record and document all receiving, in-process, and final inspection findings as required.
  • Achieve and maintain applicable certifications, including plating inspection certification, weld inspector certification, general inspector certification, and hardness testing.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum three years' manufacturing work experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advance Blue Print reading, GD&T, and CMM training/certification.
  • Ability to use manual hand measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
Work Conditions:

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The position requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 pounds. The candidate must also be able to work in a safety-focused factory environment.
