About the Role

  • This part-time/full-time position requires 20-25 hours/week (part-time) or 37-40 hours/week (full-time).

As a key member of our production team, you will oversee private label fulfillment and JVG production, ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Private Label Fulfillment

  • Print out and organize shipping orders from ShipStation each morning, assigning tasks to other team members as needed.
  • Verify that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, ready for USPS and FedEx Express pickup at 1 pm daily.
  • Maintain compliance with proper fulfillment procedures (FIFO, tidy packing, etc.).
  • Communicate regularly with the Production Manager to maintain product inventories and prioritize specific production when necessary.
  • Ensure daily accuracy of "Finished Product" inventory.
  • Source and manage all shipping materials and supplies for Purity fulfillment and freight shipments.

Production

  • Packaging coffee orders by customer.
  • Aiding in the maintenance and organization of inventory at the Roastworks.
  • Ongoing responsibilities to be assigned by the Production Manager.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when filling orders and processing shipments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Prioritization and time management skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing tasks throughout shifts.
  • A valid NC Driver's license.
  • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work on call.
  • Lifting 50 pounds or more is required.
  • Prolonged periods of repetitive motion.

  • The position prohibits wearing perfumes, colognes, or fragrances.
  • All Joe Van Gogh, Inc. employees are subject to a 90-Day Probationary Period.
