You will be part of a dynamic team comprising engineers, software developers, and scientists dedicated to crafting innovative solutions for intricate challenges.

Our team addresses critical issues that significantly impact our clients and bolster the defense of our nation, focusing on sensor integration, testing, characterization, modeling, simulation, data analysis, and algorithm development for various sensor systems, including electro-optical infrared (EO/IR), radar, and acoustics.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with a team of engineers and scientists to develop and utilize tools or analytical skills to tackle problems across multiple disciplines, including M&S and EO/IR sensor systems. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and work within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to projects that require analyzing, understanding, and modeling complex real-world phenomena to aid in design and decision-making.

Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in software engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering physics, or a related field with pertinent experience.

2-4 years of relevant experience is required.

The candidate must possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Final Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Highly organized individuals who can take accountability for smaller projects while seamlessly integrating into a highly productive team are preferred. Candidates with one or more of the following attributes may receive preference:

  • Recent outstanding academic performance
  • Relevant experience in simulation engineering
  • A SECRET clearance or higher
  • A TS/SCI clearance (with CI Polygraph)
  • Familiarity or interest in EO/IR phenomenology
  • Experience with image processing
  • Proficiency in programming with C++ and/or Python
  • Experience in GPU programming and/or CUDA programming
  • Experience in developing or analyzing AI/ML solutions

Compensation Information

The pay range for this position is between $65,000 and $117,500. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee specific compensation. Various factors are considered when extending an offer, including job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
