Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of tax professionals to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax returns and other tax-related tasks.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on tax-related matters, including tax planning and compliance.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to maximize client benefits.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of tax services.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate these changes to the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an active CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
- 6-8 years of experience in public accounting tax work, preferably with clients in middle-markets, high-net-worth individuals, and family-owned businesses.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to stay up-to-date on tax industry regulations and policies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to notice issues and bring solutions to the table.
Eide Bailly offers a competitive salary range of $112,000 - $150,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, and more.
