Critical Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Granville Medical Center.
Job Summary:The Critical Care Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU), working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with respiratory, cardiac, and neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
- Participate in code blue and rapid response team activations as needed.
- Current RN licensure in the state of NC.
- 2 years of experience in ICU or critical care setting.
- ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
