Key Responsibilities
  • Unpack and stock merchandise efficiently, maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Provide top-notch customer service, answering questions and helping customers find products
  • Ensure the store is clean and organized, from the parking lot to the sales floor and breakroom
  • Develop your skills by learning and completing tasks in our bakery, produce area, and weekly promotional set-up
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to complete tasks and work collaboratively as a team
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide products weighing over 50 pounds
  • Ability to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, including weekends
  • A positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • A friendly communication style with colleagues and customers
  • The drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment
