Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or related field
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in high-pressure environments
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), Microsoft Office Suite, and other software applications
