As a Warehouse Worker, you will be essential in facilitating the seamless execution of our event logistics. Your responsibilities will encompass the effective management, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment, all of which are crucial to the success of our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, and systematically arrange incoming shipments of event supplies and equipment.
  • Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare items for event setup and distribution.
  • Maintain precise inventory records and assist with regular stock assessments.
  • Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and retrieval of event materials.
  • Assist in loading and unloading vehicles for event preparation and dismantling.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics position is advantageous.
  • Capability to lift and transport heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Forklift certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
