Key Responsibilities
  • Classroom Leadership: Provide guidance and support to co-teachers, modeling best practices and offering constructive feedback to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Deliver our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum to Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children, tailoring instruction to meet the unique needs and abilities of each child.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with parents through regular updates and progress reports, utilizing mobile apps and personal discussions to keep families informed.
  • Center Success: Contribute to the achievement of enrollment and engagement goals by partnering with center staff and leadership.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment that seamlessly integrates play and learning.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least six months of professional teaching experience required; one year of experience preferred.
  • Education: Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
  • Certifications: Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP); CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • State Guidelines: Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
