A Typical Day:
The Systems Business Analyst is accountable for executing business-specific processes utilizing the software development lifecycle and/or project management lifecycle, developing and analyzing reports, and performing day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
The Systems Business Analyst will:
Collect business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
Engage and collaborate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application modifications, development, and deployment
Coordinate and conduct testing
Facilitate and deliver training
Create and maintain project plans
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Exhibit behaviors that align with the organization's desired culture and values
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant work experience
Experience in Loan Servicing, Loan Origination, or Data Analysis is advantageous
Familiarity with Crystal Reports (or equivalent) is a plus
SQL Server/.NET experience is beneficial
XML/EDI experience is a plus

Compensation:
Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location/market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
Salary:
$65,000 - $100,000
