About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at ABA Centers of America. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy and support to individuals with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism in various settings, including homes, communities, and centers
  • Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments
  • Collect and summarize data during sessions to inform treatment plans
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Implement training and therapy sessions designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Requirements
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Consistent, reliable transportation and a driver's license
  • Ability to maintain a clean background and driving record
