Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is seeking a Part-Time ABA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver state-of-the-art behavioral services to children with autism in Braintree, MA, and the surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a passionate and dedicated ABA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will have the privilege of collaborating with like-minded individuals who share a passion for making meaningful impacts on children and families in need of autism services. You will work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assist in addressing challenging behaviors. Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.

Requirements

* Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Availability during after-school hours from 3:00pm - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, as well as on weekends and holidays
* Childcare experience required
