Esthetician Specialist

CDR Maguire Inc. is seeking a skilled Licensed Esthetician to join their team in the Tallahassee area. As an Esthetician, you will cater to clients' needs and wants, providing a variety of services and procedures to improve and maintain their skin's appearance and health.

• Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for clients
• Consult and make informed recommendations of services
• Provide proper execution of esthetic services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients' skincare goals
• Assess and advise clients on suitable treatments offered at our clinic
• Adhere to appointments to ensure treatments start and end on time
• Deliver skin care treatments and provide consultations with makeup applications and purchases
• Perform procedures such as skin evaluation, facial massages, and hair removal
• Support dermatologists and plastic surgeons on patients' preoperative and postoperative exams
• Maintain knowledge to promote and sell services
• Proficient in performing facials, micro-needling, laser treatments, body contouring, and fibroblast
• Ensure a professional clean work environment, including prepping the treatment room in between patients
• Utilize electronic medical record system
• Abide by OSHA, HIPAA, and other relevant medical office regulations

• State license to practice as an esthetician in the state of Florida in good standing
• One (1) or more years of experience working at a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with a diverse range of audiences and settings
• The ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to deal with high pressure situations
• Demonstrates the technical safety expertise and passion for the role
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds
• Attentive to detail & highly motivated to succeed
