Esthetician Specialist

CDR Health Care Inc. is seeking a skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our team in the Tallahassee area. As a key member of our medical spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment, and promoting our services to drive business growth.

• Consult with clients to understand their skincare needs and goals
• Provide a range of esthetic services, including facials, micro-needling, and laser treatments
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans to address client concerns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in skincare technology
• Collaborate with our dermatology and plastic surgery teams to support patient care
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to OSHA and HIPAA regulations
• Utilize our electronic medical record system to document client interactions and treatment plans

• State license to practice as an esthetician in Florida
• 1+ years of experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
