We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a Registered Nurse PACU, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse PACU, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, identifying potential complications, and taking appropriate action
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the state of Colorado
  • At least one year of experience in a PACU or critical care setting
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of perioperative care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive work environment
