Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit expertise in independently setting up CNC machines while adhering to written work instructions.
  • Produce high-quality components that fulfill or surpass customer specifications and internal operational standards.
  • Interpret and comprehend customer blueprints, employing appropriate inspection techniques using precision measuring tools.
  • Adhere to company protocols and accurately complete all necessary documentation related to job travelers and Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts.
  • Operate multiple machines concurrently when feasible, ensuring a consistent level of quality.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in operating CNC Lathe machinery (C and Y Axis), utilizing various sizes of Jaws and Collets (16C and 5C). Experience with Okuma and FANUC controls is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with inspection instruments, machinery, and manufacturing methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented with knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), machining processes, computer systems, quality assurance, safety protocols, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Dependability, the ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight, and a strong work ethic are essential to successfully complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
