About the Role:- Function in a charge nurse/staffing capacity role, overseeing patient assignments and staff schedules.
- Participate in audits, patient experience initiatives, and committee work to drive quality improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with diverse medical conditions, including CHF, Sickle Cell, Renal Failure, Vascular, Sepsis, COPD, Pneumonia, and Osteomyelitis.
- Utilize EPIC integration to streamline data entry and enhance patient care.
- Embody our "no staff left behind" motto, fostering a culture of teamwork and support.
Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is a 525-bed facility and the first in southeastern Virginia to be named a Magnet Hospital by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
