Corner Table Restaurants seeks a highly skilled Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team in Washington, DC. As the key decision-maker for the back of house, you will oversee kitchen operations and maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and consistency.

The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef in high-volume restaurants, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results. You must be highly confident, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. A genuine passion for the hospitality industry is essential, as well as a love for making people happy. This role offers a competitive salary range of $110,000-$120,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K plan, employee assistance program, gym discounts, and commuter benefits.

In this role, you will:
- Direct and maintain Corner Table Restaurants' culinary vision
- Oversee and direct all kitchen teams
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
- Make all final hiring decisions for the back of house
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies
- Manage labor and kitchen waste
- Train values and maintain the integrity of the culture
