The position is based in Lower Gwynedd, PA.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves overseeing Letters of Credit provided in lieu of cash reserve deposits. As a key member of our team, you will maintain multiple databases on a real-time basis, prioritize tasks, and progress them efficiently within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear Communication: Develop strong relationships with borrowers and borrower representatives through effective communication.
  • Diligent Progress Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of reserve requests in a systematic and meticulous manner.
  • Escalation and Maintenance: Identify and escalate substandard work, delayed progress, or other anomalies, while maintaining tracking databases and loan documents.
  • Draw Processing: Process draw packages in a timely and efficient manner, verifying that all items are qualified and properly documented.
  • Database Management: Provide timely updates to departmental tracking systems and Investor systems.
  • Credit Ratings and Monitoring: Monitor credit ratings for banks from which Letters of Credit are issued.
  • Custody Administration: Administer custody and prepare required documentation to facilitate draws, if needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree (preferable)
  • Effective phone presence and strong communication skills
  • Past experience working with legal documents and contracts (a plus)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite, Outlook, and database maintenance
