CyberCoders is seeking a seasoned Construction Estimator to lead our team in delivering accurate and comprehensive estimates for construction projects. As a key member of our pre-construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the estimation process, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with labor and MWBE requirements. Your expertise in construction trades and regulations will be invaluable in developing and reviewing trade-specific scopes of work and expanding trade contractor bids. If you have a proven track record in construction estimating and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the estimation process and client submissions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of estimates
* Finalize trade contracts through comprehensive procurement, ensuring compliance with labor and MWBE requirements
* Develop and review trade-specific scopes of work to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Expand trade contractor bids and obtain proposals to ensure competitive pricing
* Prepare detailed cost estimates, taking into account all relevant factors and regulations
* Conduct trade contractor prequalification to ensure only qualified contractors are considered
* Maintain resources and tools to ensure accurate and efficient estimates

Requirements:

* 7+ years of experience in construction estimating
* Deep knowledge of construction trades and regulations
* Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Proficiency in Adobe, PlanGrid, and AutoCAD
* Strong communication and project management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
