The RN Orthopedics Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the orthopedic nursing unit. Key responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, collaborating with physicians and therapists, and coordinating patient care activities to achieve optimal outcomes. Main Responsibilities:

  1. Supervises nursing staff to ensure they provide high-quality care to patients.
  2. Collaborates with physicians and therapists to coordinate patient care activities.
  3. Maintains accurate records of patient outcomes, staff performance, and equipment maintenance.
  4. Develops and implements unit-specific goals and objectives in alignment with hospital strategic plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Kentucky or eNLC multistate privileges.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.

Estimated Salary:

$35.00 - $52.00 per hour
