About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Mapping Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical, clinical, and educational support to physicians and staff on our EP mapping and navigation system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all related products.
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to our products and related procedures.
  • Promote the safe and effective use of our products and related procedures.
  • Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all related products.
  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
  • Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other related products.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
Requirements
  • High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 10 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
  • Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 8 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
  • Bachelor degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record with technical training assignments.
  • Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clincial support.

  • Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% - must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy. In addition, your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application.
