Position Overview:

Are you looking for exciting and dynamic job opportunities in premier Mountain Resorts?

If you are eager to learn various aspects of food and beverage operations, this position is ideal for you. By becoming part of our team, you will acquire diverse skills in a vibrant work setting. Position Details:
  • Expected Compensation: $20.00 / hour
  • Availability: Full Time & Part Time, including Weekends and Holidays
  • Experience Level: Entry
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build rapport with guests and team members
  • Share enthusiasm for the mountains during service
  • Adhere to leadership guidelines as discussed in daily pre-shift meetings
  • Prepare beverage stations and food displays, manage cash register, greet guests, and clear tables
  • Maintain organized and clean workstations throughout the day
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all required training to perform your duties safely
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • Must communicate fluently in English
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
A Restaurant Crew member is a versatile employee who frequently works across multiple departments and roles to support the unified resort approach, which may include:
  • Mountain Activities
  • Retail Rental Services
  • Food and Beverage Assistance
  • Ticket Sales or Scanning
  • Lift Operations
  • Base Area Services
The anticipated pay range is $20.00. This is the expected compensation for this role, with individual pay decisions based on various factors.
