**Primary Care Physician Role at Ghost RX Inc**

We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team as a Primary Care Physician. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including diagnosis and management of acute and chronic biopsychosocial conditions, health promotion, disease prevention, overall care management, and patient and caregiver education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • 1 year of experience as a Physician
  • Active Physician license from any state
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current DEA registration
