- High school diploma or equivalent and vocational or technical background.
- At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting.
- Supervisory experience.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. The ability to move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders is also required.
