Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic clinical team at MonArk ABA Therapy. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing collaborative therapy services for clients aged 2 to 17.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing/feeding difficulties.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans and goals.
  • Provide 1:1 or small group speech therapy sessions utilizing current best practices and research-based techniques.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team and communicate in a timely manner.
  • Complete accurate documentation and reporting for all client visits.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Active state of Ohio SLP license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) credential.
