Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Relient Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to our patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Responsibilities:- Screen patients for speech and language disorders
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans to address speech and language goals
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Oversee Clinical Fellowship Year Clinicians (SLP-CFYs) if applicable
- Develop and implement new programs and techniques to enhance speech therapy services
- Conduct patient and family education
- Deliver quality speech therapy services
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- State licensure or eligibility
- Stable work history
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
- Certificate of Clinical Confidence (CCC) from ASHA
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
