Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Relient Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to our patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Screen patients for speech and language disorders
  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans to address speech and language goals
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Oversee Clinical Fellowship Year Clinicians (SLP-CFYs) if applicable
  • Develop and implement new programs and techniques to enhance speech therapy services
  • Conduct patient and family education
  • Deliver quality speech therapy services
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • State licensure or eligibility
  • Stable work history
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
  • Certificate of Clinical Confidence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
