We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team as a Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality services.
About the Role:- Lead a team of nurses to provide dialysis services to patients with end-stage renal disease.
- Develop and implement patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and services.
- Monitor and report patient lab values, vital signs, and other metrics to ensure safe and effective care.
- Train and mentor new nurses to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- At least 6 months of dialysis experience.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of nurses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
