Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a passion for dialysis care to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver dialysis treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
  • Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and identify any adverse reactions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis care and treatment options.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of Florida.
  • At least two years of experience in dialysis care or a related field.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of employment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
