- Culinary Background: Associate's degree or Culinary Certificate preferred, with 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Assistant Manager in a catering, food manufacturing, or high-volume food production environment.
- Culinary Knowledge: Strong culinary background, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where accuracy and consistency of product are critical to success.
- Food Safety and Quality Assurance: Knowledge of HACCP and safe food handling procedures, with a focus on ensuring food safety protocols are implemented and maintained.
