**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider to join our Heart Failure and Transplant team. The successful candidate will provide medical management and continuity for the complex needs of our heart failure and transplanted population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in nursing with a concentration in pediatric or family nurse practitioner program, or graduate of a nationally accredited physician assistant program
  • Active licensure in the State of Washington
  • Current national certification as a pediatric or family nurse practitioner, or initial certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants

Salary Information:

$131,821 - $193,872 per annum
