Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect Payments and Manage Accounts: Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver and Pick-up Chemicals: Safely deliver and pick-up chemicals, ensuring timely and efficient service to customers.
  • Build Rapport and Relationships: Build rapport with decision-makers, establishing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Train Customers: Train customers on proper usage of cleaners and sanitizers, ensuring they are equipped to maintain optimal cleaning and sanitizing practices.
  • Negotiate Service Agreements: Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, ensuring fair and competitive pricing for customers.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a reasonably good driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to work in a fast-paced, energetic, physical position, safely performing job duties with or without accommodations.
  • Ability to Lift and Move: Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, safely and efficiently.
  • Driving or Mechanical Experience: Preferably have driving or mechanical experience, but not required.
  • Ability to Ascend/Descend Stairs: May be required to ascend/descend stairs at the branch and customer locations.
