Ongoing opportunity for a Front Desk Supervisor with OTO Development, a leading hotel management company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, handling financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, as well as throughout their stay
- Work proficiently on the hotel's electronic reservation system and other computer programs to ensure a smooth workflow
- Handle all financial matters, including credit card and cash transactions, securely and accurately
- Anticipate guests' needs and go above and beyond to maximize their experience
- Work collaboratively with other team members to foster a welcoming and customer-focused environment
- Maintain accurate and secure handling of guest reservations, check-in, check-out, and payment procedures
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety programs and procedures, including emergency and security systems
- Complete all required documentation, such as daily reports and checklists, in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, sit, walk, bend, lift, and squat for extended periods
