- Field Repairs: Respond to field calls and perform repairs on equipment and machinery as needed.
- Tool Maintenance: Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and three years of journeyman experience or two-year diesel mechanic certificate.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and electronics, as well as attention to safety and ability to follow directions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to move at least 50 pounds and maintain a clean driving record.
