Your Role:
- Install and maintain aerial telephone cables
- Repair damaged or severed telephone lines
- Erect telephone poles and anchors
- Operate manual tools such as shovels and posthole diggers
- Utilize mechanized equipment including bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators

Safety Responsibilities:
- Establish safety perimeters using signage, cones, and barriers
- Direct traffic as necessary
- Participate in special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with aerial cable installation techniques
- Ability to climb telephone poles and operate bucket trucks
- 2-3 years of experience in aerial construction methods and engineering standards
- Self-motivated and capable of working in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
