About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Car Side Server to join our team at Swensons Drive-In Restaurants, LLC. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quick and friendly service to guests and internal team members at all times.
  • Take orders and deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
  • Be knowledgeable of menu items and pricing to elevate the guest experience.
  • Recognize new guests and welcome them to the Swensons experience.
  • Adhere to all guest experience standards and maintain a neat and clean appearance.
Requirements
  • Positive, energetic, and can-do attitude.
  • High mobility for up to eight hours a shift.
  • Customer service skills and a welcoming, friendly attitude.
  • Basic math and basic reading skills.
  • Availability to work on a rotational basis at multiple locations.
