Accessibility Solutions Specialist

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, employer-paid life and LTD insurance, and voluntary benefits.

Job Description

As an Accessibility Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing accessibility products such as wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and ceiling lifts. You will also interact with customers to explain project details and answer their questions to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with your hands in any mechanical field, such as auto mechanics or electrical work
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Strong communication skills and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills for data entry
  • High school diploma/GED and ability to pass a drug test, background check, and motor vehicle record check
  • Able to lift 75+ pounds, work in all weather conditions, climb ladders, and occasionally work in confined spaces or at heights
Work Environment
