Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Finance team. As a key member of our Autonomy organization, you will be responsible for providing business partnership to the AGI Product Technology teams, developing commercialization opportunities with AGI Agents, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to track investments across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide business partnership to the Autonomy AGI Product Technology teams
Develop commercialization opportunities with AGI Agents
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to track investments across initiatives
Support leadership reviews (MBRs, QBRs, OP1/2, etc.)
Support ad-hoc Financial Analysis and Modelling
Assist in month-end close, controllership, and annual/quarterly planning activities

About the Role

We're looking for a Finance Manager who is comfortable developing new commercialization ideas, working with ambiguity, and determining the right amount of data needed to drive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and experience working with senior leaders at the Vice President level and above.

Requirements

5+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience
5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience

Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause, and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business experience
MBA, or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and other financial systems
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
