Job Summary

The Management Trainee is a full-time, entry-level position that provides hands-on training and development in all aspects of store operations. As a Management Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop your leadership skills, and take on new challenges with every passing day.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership and management skills
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
